Thomas Rhett and wife Lauren Akins are finally proud parents!
After a year of trying to adopt Willa Gray Akins, the country couple finally brought their new daughter home to Nashville.

Thomas told People how it felt finally welcoming their little girl from Uganda:
“On the way to the airport, it was like Christmas Day.”
While Lauren added:
“It felt like a dream. I’ve dreamed of us all being on the same continent for so long. It finally feels like everyone is where they’re supposed to be.”
