According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, last July, The Voice judge performed a show at the PNC Pavilion in Charlotte, North Carolina where she allegedly created a stampede by asking fans in the lawn to bum-rush the reserved seating area.
The 47-year-old allegedly told the crowd:
“Just fill in anywhere you like! Who cares about your lawn chairs? You can get new ones!”
One of the concert goers — Lisa Stricklin — says she was injured by the chaos, and had to have surgery after the ordeal to treat her broken leg.
The hurt fan says Miz Stefani admitted fault by telling the audience later that night:
“I got in so much trouble for telling you guys to come up here!”
She is suing the musician and Live Nation for negligence, and is gunning for big bucks. Gwen has yet to comment.
Where’s Blake Shelton when you need him??
