Thank you, Donald Trump Jr., for the smoking gun!
ICYMI, Donald Trump‘s son tweeted out a statement on Tuesday that included an email chain where he agreed to meet with a Russian official who promised him “very high level and sensitive information” that would “incriminate” Hillary Clinton before the election.
Just to be clear, it is illegal to knowingly solicit or accept any contribution to a campaign of an item of value (re: damning info about an opponent) from a foreign national (according to statute 52 USC 30121, 36 USC 510, in case you want to look it up).
Anyway, thanks to Stephen Colbert — we got a break down of just why Don Jr. is “deep throating” himself, and predicts what’s next for the First Son.
