For the love of god… can he STFU already?
Donald Trump woke America up on Wednesday with a bombshell Tweet announcing that the U.S. Military would no longer “accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity.”
The decision ignited a frenzy of confusion and fury on the internet, with many pointing out the policy reversal is a slap in the face to trans service members who want to serve their country.

But Trump was just getting started in turning back the clock! A few hours later, he dropped another bomb of a tweet, declaring:
IN AMERICA WE DON’T WORSHIP GOVERNMENT – WE WORSHIP GOD!?https://t.co/jIejSgVnnA
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 26, 2017
The tweet linked to a clip from a campaign rally showing Trump pumping up his red state supporters by promoting “family and faith” over “bureaucracy”:
IN AMERICA WE DON’T WORSHIP GOVERNMENT – WE WORSHIP GOD! #USA ??A post shared by President Donald J. Trump (@realdonaldtrump) on Jul 26, 2017 at 10:09am PDT
Looks like he wants to rally the Christian troops in the wake of his divisive announcement. Those Facebook comment wars are just getting started, people!
The ALL CAPS tweet ruffled up the feathers of non-worshippers who reminded the president of religious freedom and the Separation of Church and State. Others couldn’t help but wonder if this was a mere distraction from Trump’s historically low approval ratings.
One thing’s for sure — Trump has been worshipping himself all day for causing such extreme chaos 140 characters at a time.

4.) Even the pope hates you. 5.) There’s a separation of church and state.

In America we worship whatever we want. That’s freedom. Like the way you worship the evil goat god who eats babies! You are free to do that!

Actually, we don’t worship anything specific as a nation. It’s part of our constitution, which you apparently still haven’t read.

I thought in America we had Constitutional protections against government pressuring us to follow any particular religion. #mymistake

YOU are an obscene vortex of every id-driven pathologically narcissistic impulse in US history manifesting as a badly spray tanned hologram

Even the Church of Satan‘s official account chimed in, sounding way smarter than Trump ever could:
“the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion.” -Treaty of Tripoli https://t.co/bWcv2gCn5L

Another sad day for America.
