The Grand Jury indictment — dated February 7, 2017 — reads:

“On or about August 8, 2014, Suge… threatened to commit a crime which would result in death and great bodily injury to Felix Gary Gray.”

The former CEO of Death Row Records was reportedly unhappy with his portrayal in the 2015 film, and sent the threat by text.

On that August day, Gray spoke to authorities at the Slauson Swap Meet where filming occurred.

According to insiders, Suge believes he is being set up by law enforcement in case his murder charge doesn’t go through. In case you forgot, in January 2015, Knight allegedly ran over his friend Terry Carter in the parking lot of a Compton burger stand.
