Dr. Luke has been called out — again!
As you likely know, things have been pretty tense between Kesha and the record producer ever since she took him to court and accused him of emotionally and physically abusing her.
While the Praying singer’s lawsuit towards Luke (whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald) didn’t go according to plan, the blonde pop star is still going head-to-head against the hitmaker as they’re wrapped up in his defamation countersuit.

Such a messy situation. And, honestly, this legal matter just makes Dr. Luke look more and more villainous. For example, in recent court documents, Kesha accused Gottwald of hiring a “spin doctor” used by the Church Of Scientology in order to defame her ahead of their initial court battle.
Per the filing, crisis manager Michael Sitrick and his firm leaked and planted negative stories about the Die Young artist as part of a smear campaign. Kesha’s team has filed a “motion to compel” against the PR firm and has demanded that the business hand over any pertinent information. Oh, and Kesha’s lawyers plan to grill Sitrick and co. extensively.
Michael and his company have represented a number of controversial clients over the years — including Chris Brown, Michael Vick, Paris Hilton, Rush Limbaugh, etc. No wonder the group has reportedly refused to answer questions or hand over certain documents. We mean, there must be SO MUCH dirt in their files!
Although, to be fair, Kesha hired public relations firm Sunshine Sachs as a go between for her team and the press. We’re sure Dr. Luke will hit back at these allegation soon.
