As we reported, on Wednesday, Jill Duggar‘s husband Derick Dillard received Internet hate when he made transphobic comments against the I Am Jazz star. Not only did he say “‘transgender’ is a myth,” he referred to the 16-year-old as “him.”

The Counting On star wrote:
I want to be clear. I have nothing against him. I only have issue with the words and definitions being propagated here.

On Thursday, the transgender icon responded to Dillard’s hateful words on Twitter.

That same day, TLC released a statement saying they do not share Derick’s views.
