As we reported, Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps shocked the reality-loving world last week when she announced on Twitter she was getting divorced from her husband of eight months, Tom D’Agostino.
In an interview published on Wednesday with People, costar Sonja Morgan — who also hooked up with the businessman — proclaims she is supporting The Countess in the split.

When asked about her relationship with D’Agostino, she replied:
“That’s done. Absolutely. Because for me friend, girlfriends come first. I would never go out with a girlfriend’s ex-husband or ex-boyfriend. That’s just a rule for me. I wouldn’t do it.”
While the Tipsy Girl creator claims she dated Tom a couple of times, he told People in 2016 they “got together once.”
Nowadays, Miz Morgan simply remembers him as her “drinking buddy”!
“Tom and I were good friends for much longer time than Luann knew him obviously. And even though Dorinda [Medley] said she knew him for 10 years, she didn’t know him like I knew Tom. We’re good buddies. He was my drinking buddy. I really knew him to be the bachelor he is.”
Although she “wasn’t surprised” by the breakup, she is 100% #TeamLuann!
“No, no, I’m not there for Tom… I’m there for Luann.”
Sonja is sticking by her girl!
