Chris Soules maintains his innocence.
As you know, in April, the former Bachelor star was arrested after he allegedly left the scene of a deadly car crash after his Chevy pickup rammed into a John Deere tractor trailer, sending it into a ditch.
There are also reports that the reality TV personality purchased alcohol before the incident.

On Tuesday, the 35-year-old plead not guilty via a written statement, and did not appear in court. He most likely did so to avoid media attention.
Either way, he will have to appear in front of a judge eventually to address the charges.
