Mischa Barton‘s fight against revenge porn continues…
On Friday the OC star went back to court to face her ex Adam Spaw — but he apparently skipped out claiming family illness.
In his absence, Mischa asked the judge to turn her temporary restraining order against him into a permanent one. She claimed she found evidence it was Adam who had a sex tape of her.

Apparently Spaw (who used to go be Shaw) had left behind “doctored” sex tapes on some flash drives when he moved out. Like us, the judge HAD to ask what was “doctored” on the tapes, but according to TMZ, Mischa would only say they weren’t the originals.
We don’t know what that means, and unfortunately Spaw was not there to fight back — so the judge instead set a new court date and simply extended Mischa’s temporary restraining order.
A small victory, but it’s better than a loss!
